As a new customer of Talk UK Telecom, my phone service went live today, and I'm very happy with every aspect of the service I've received. All along the way, they couldn't have been more helpful and professional, and it all went along without a hitch. Had the unfortunate experience of having my phone stolen recently. Talk UK Telecom were brilliant from the moment that I alerted them and had a new SIM card delivered to me within hours. Ben, one of the technical support team came to my office and set up my new handset with the SIM and made sure my phone was completely operational before leaving. Excellent service that went above and beyond expectation.

Rather stupidly I Ieft my mobile 'phone on a train yesterday afternoon. Nikki Jones sprang into action and turned off the SIM on her own initiative plus gave me some advice on how to remotely secure the 'phone, as well as ordering me a new SIM in case I needed it. She was enormously helpful. Fortunately the train manager found the 'phone and I was able to collect it this morning so no harm done. Thanks Nikki.

We have used Talk UK for a few years now, they handle our mobile phone contract and utilities. Everything they have helped us with has worked well. As a company we have several different meters, and our utilities were a little complicated. Talk Uk have renewed all our contracts almost painlessly. They organise everything for you, communicate regularly with updates and their aftercare customer service is one of the most efficient and friendliest I have come across. Would recommend this company.

I met Sav at our Networking event and told him that I was looking for wifi for my new shop. Sav got this all set up for me at a very competitive price as I prefer to support local businesses. It arrived by DPD, I plugged the box in and we have a great wifi connection!

I have worked with Sav for many years, he has helped me out endless amounts of times at very short notice. When I need something it's done within 24 hours (devices and numbers). When your up to your eye balls in work / what ever you do he's the man to get your telecoms sorted,

We've had great service from Talk UK Telecom. We have been mobile customers for years with them, and having recently changed to them for our Landline and Broadband, we haven't been disappointed. They have saved us almost 40% on our previous monthly bill, and were flexible and creative in suggesting ways of achieving better connectivity in a rural, non-fibre area. Thanks to all of the team!

I have been dealing with Talk UK over many years, and they have been the most supportive customer service team that I have ever worked with. They have always been there for me when I had a problem or if I needed advice, and they are always the first people to update me on any new deals or any new technologies that are due to be launched. They are extremely knowledgeable and well informed on a wide range of communication issues both at home and abroad, and I continue to be very well looked after at all times.
